Course: Lewis River Golf Course
Hole: #17
Blue - 127 yards
White - 120 yards
Red - 92 yards

The penultimate hole at Lewis River Golf Course is short, sweet, and one of the most attractive golf holes in Southwest Washington. The first thing you notice as you walk up to the box is the best view of the namesake Lewis River on the enitre course. Playing just 127 yards to the center of the green from the tips, accuracy is a must on this Par 3. With water all the way to the front of the green, leaving your tee shot short is not an option. To make
things worse, there is also water behind the green, so clubbing up to stay dry ins't always your best play. To the right, a shared sandtrap awaits, and to the left is an abundance of shrubbery, making you pay for any miss. Luckily for many, you have a firly large green to work with, so it you happen to stick your tee shot, a par is within your grasp. Aggressive putting can lead to mistakes though, as a front pin placement is not uncommon. Enjoy the
beauty of this hole, if you hit your opening shot well, you will be rewarded.
