Rule number one on Indian Creek's 8th Hole: Don't go right! While at first glance this hole does not look very intimidating, looks can be decieving. Although you need to stay left, everything funnels right on this Par 3, so even a shot hit well to the left has the possibilty to kicking right out of bounds. You must attack the green here, but that leaves one small problem. There is absolutely no room to miss to the right or behind the green. The safe play on the hole is to aim for the front to the middle left side of the green. The green
moves a bit, so a 3 putt is not out of the question, especially if you put your
tee shot on the front and the pin is placed at the back. Its a long way home from there! Add in the beautiful views of rolling hills ahead of you, and the
8th Hole at Indian Creek is a standout hole on this course.
